Greg was delighted to received the Best in Show Trophy for Cremet from Devon County Show President Michael Caines yesterday. What is Cremet? Cremet is a soft, mould ripened goat’s milk cheese with added cow’s cream and is probably our most decadent, delicate and tricky to make cheese. If you do track some down on a cheese counter (or our website) or if you’re already familiar with it, let us know what you think. The Great Taste judges awarded it three stars last year, putting it in the ‘exquisite’ category! We hope you agree!
